BFIIT embodies a unique fusion of Boxing, Fitness, Intensity, and Interval Training, seamlessly blending these elements to provide an exhilarating fitness experience. At its core, BFIIT focuses on imparting boxing fundamentals intertwined with the energy-fueled dynamics of high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with 20 heavyweight bags, an array of weightlifting gear, cardio machines, tires, pull-up bars, sleds, bikes, turf tracks, medicine balls, battle ropes, and dip bars. We offer daily classes that seamlessly weave together the basics of boxing with the adrenaline rush of high-intensity interval training. Moreover, we offer courses featuring fast-paced circuit training, using light weights to facilitate high repetitions and optimize muscle fatigue.

BFIIT was born out of the desire to present a compelling alternative to conventional weightlifting, running, and other traditional heavy weight-based exercises. Our unique approach allows individuals to engage in high-calorie-burning workouts without the discomfort of lifting heavy weights. Moreover, we offer the opportunity to master traditional boxing techniques without the risk of physical contact experienced in conventional boxing gyms. Through personalized training and group classes, our members can refine their skills whilst immersing themselves in the diverse offerings at BFIIT. Those who are less keen on boxing can still benefit from our high-intensity interval training programs.

Our primary target audience comprises men and women aged 18 to 60, focused on enhancing their physical fitness. We welcome individuals situated in and around 4780 McKnight Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, and the neighbouring areas, inviting them to experience the dynamic fitness transformation that BFIIT has to offer.
